Return Process

  Log into your MacPro account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Request Return' button for the specific item.

  Package Your Device

  Place the item in its original packaging including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund or exchange.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
